Orane Swan understands adversity. After surviving the Global Financial Crisis, her commercial building and one of her residential properties were severely affected by the floods.
This is the residential property in Paddington. The first picture was taken before the floods. The other two pictures were taken during the floods.
After the floods subsided, she decided to build a duplex at the rear of the flood affected land, turning one property into three properties to increase residual income. This is the architectural drawing creating her vision.

Orane lost $80,000 in rental income and was unable to lease her building. She used her own money to renovate the property and transformed it into a venue called ‘Meetings@Milton’.
